Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

To cancel an order, email cakecupboard26@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellations received by 5pm on the Thursday immediately before your selected Saturday collection date will receive a full refund.

For fresh, perishable cakes, bread and sausage rolls cancelled after this deadline, any amount retained will reflect our actual loss, taking account of costs saved or resale. Please contact us to discuss your order.

For granola, you can cancel from ordering until 14 days after collection. Email us to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay any return postage for a change-of-mind return. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can put it right. Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, unsafe or not as described are unaffected.

If we need to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
